The board is made up of 10 members of the Anchorage Air Cargo Association.  Board members serve two year terms and are nominated and then voted on my the membership.  The executive committee is then selected and voted on by the board members themselves.  Election takes place each February.  Board members may appoint members to serve on the board in the event a member resigns prior to board elections in February.
